The Inflatable tent uses a one-piece inflatable structure that distributes force evenly and helps absorb changes in wind conditions. When properly secured with stakes and guy lines, it remains stable in typical camping wind conditions and is suitable for family and campsite use.

ZONKOO inflatable tents are made with thick, abrasion-resistant fabric and are designed to withstand damage during normal camping use. However, if a small puncture does occur, air pressure will gradually release, giving users enough time to handle or repair it. During this time, overall use remains safe and controlled.

For your convenience, we provide a repair kit that includes a brush, repair patch, adhesive, transparent TPU fabric, and patch cloth to help you quickly fix any minor punctures.

The order will be processed within 48 business hours. Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email. We use FedEx or UPS for shipping. Please allow 2-7 business days for the shipment to arrive at your designated location. Any delivery dates provided by ZONKOO are estimates.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. A 5% processing fee may apply to approved non-quality-related returns.

Inflatable tents purchased through official ZONKOO channels are covered by warranty. Most parts are covered for 6 months, while main tent structures are covered for 2 years. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted before 5:00 PM PST on the same business day the order is placed. Once an order enters processing, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification, even if it has not yet shipped.
