This warranty service is available for products purchased through official ZONKOO channels.
Warranty Period:
The warranty period begins from the date you sign for the product and lasts for 2 year, or immediately terminates upon resale or transfer to another party.
Ownership of Warranty:
The warranty terms do not apply to any subsequent owners or transferees of ZONKOO products.
Warranty Service Provided:
During the warranty period, if the product experiences quality or functional issues under normal use, ZONKOO will actively assist in resolving the matter, including providing repairs or offering a reasonable after-sales solution.
Replaceable parts (such as windows and accessories) are covered by a 6-month warranty.
Non-replaceable structures (such as the tent's air columns) are covered by a 2-year warranty.
2.Exclusions from Warranty:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Human error, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Accidental damage, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
