At ZONKOO, we prioritize providing exceptional products and services to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we are here to help.

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from ZONKOO, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. This policy outlines our return and exchange procedures.

Returns

Return Scope

Return Conditions: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return Period: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zonkoo.com
. Provide details of the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label to assist with returning the item. The return process will be considered valid only after receiving the confirmation email from our customer service team.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Please note that a 5% processing fee will apply to successful returns (this fee is not charged by ZONKOO) and any applicable shipping costs (calculated based on our return shipping fee standard).

Return Shipping Fees

ZONKOO will cover return shipping costs for returns due to our error or product defects/damages. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to the table below for detailed shipping fees:

Refund Time

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return (this process may take up to 7 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note, once processed, the refund may take additional time to reach your account, depending on the policies of your bank/financial institution.

Return Policy Exceptions

We do not accept returns if the product is not in its original condition (e.g., labels have been removed, signs of use, packaging is damaged, etc.). Please be careful when opening your package and retain the original packaging and any included materials for at least 30 days to ensure a smooth return process if needed.

Returns beyond 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the size, color, or model of your item (instead of returning it), please contact our customer service team. We are happy to assist with exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. The exchange process will be considered valid only after receiving confirmation via email from our customer service team.

Please note that exchanges do not qualify for free shipping, and you will be responsible for both the outgoing shipping fee for the exchanged item and the return shipping fee.

Important Exchange Notes:

If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, you will need to pay the price difference. We will send you an invoice for the price difference and proceed with the exchange once payment is received.

If you are exchanging for a less expensive item, you will receive a refund for the price difference after the exchange is processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement within two business days.

Exchange requests made after 30 days cannot be processed.
