Shipping Coverage:
We only support delivery to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. P.O. Box deliveries are not supported.
Your order will be processed within 48 business hours. Shipping time may take 2-7 days, depending on the shipping distance.
Please note that due to logistics complexities and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding. If you have not received your order from ZONKOO within 30 days after the shipping date, please feel free to contact us at: support@zonkoo.com.
For new product launches, pre-orders, or restocks, the estimated delivery date will be clearly stated on the product page.
Order Processing & Cancellation Rules
To ensure smooth order processing and shipping, please carefully review the following terms before placing your order.
Before Shipment (Same-Day Orders)
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact ZONKOO customer support at support@zonkoo.com within the same business day before 5:00 PM (PST).
Order cancellation is only valid after confirmation via email from our customer service team.
A 5% processing fee will be charged for successfully canceled orders (this fee is not charged by ZONKOO).
Product Model Changes
If the order is placed on the same day and you contact us before 5:00 PM (PST), you may change the product model free of charge.
Important Notice
Orders will enter the processing stage on the next business day after being placed. Due to our fast processing speed, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
After Shipment (Order Shipped / Tracking Number Issued)
Order Cancellation
For any order that has already been shipped (i.e., a tracking number has been issued), if cancellation is requested, a 5% processing fee plus round-trip shipping costs will be charged.
Specific fees are subject to the return shipping cost table.
Shipping Damage:
The outer packaging may show signs of wear or compression during transit. Damage to the outer packaging does not necessarily indicate damage to the product inside. Due to the unpredictable nature of shipping, we cannot guarantee the perfect condition of the packaging upon arrival.
We recommend that buyers immediately file a claim with the carrier if the outer packaging is visibly damaged.
Additionally, please email support@zonkoo.com with photos or video evidence of significant damage or any quality issues. After evaluating the situation, our customer service team will assist you with product repairs or arrange for a replacement.
Claim Reporting Deadline:
If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will not accept claims for shipping damage reported after 7 days. All such claims will be declined.
Missing Items:
If you have not received your item from ZONKOO within 30 days after the shipping date, we strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
If you do not contact us within 30 days of placing your order, we will assume that all items have been successfully delivered and may no longer retain shipping records for your order.
To ensure we can assist you efficiently, please provide your order number and any relevant information when contacting us. Our customer service team will immediately investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
If we determine that the item was never shipped, we will send the missing item as soon as possible.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the affected item.
Refused Shipments:
If you refuse to accept a shipped order, we reserve the right to charge a fixed fee for each package to cover the shipping costs we have already incurred (specific fees can be found in the return shipping cost table). Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed, intercepted, or canceled. If you refuse the order and it is returned, we will treat it as a return and refund the payment to your original payment account, minus a 5% processing fee and the round-trip shipping costs (specific fees are based on the return shipping cost table). Please note that to ensure a timely refund, you must notify ZONKOO of your refusal promptly. Otherwise, you will not receive your refund for the refused items in a timely manner.
