A tent can feel completely different outdoors than it does the first time you set it up at home.
Zonkoo community member Stacy Rock recently set up her Draco Plus outdoors for the first time. The tent had just gone up, with no furniture, string lights, or any of the decorating she had planned, but she stopped to take a few photos first.
The reason was simple—the view.

Draco Plus officially accommodates 2–10 people, with the main tent and attached Gazebo providing about 252 sq ft of usable space and an interior standing height of 7'3".
What these numbers really affect is not just how many sleeping pads the tent can fit, but whether the space can be arranged for different activities during family or group camping.
Beyond sleeping, backpacks, clothing, tables, chairs, and everyday items all need their own place, while enough room should remain for moving around and relaxing. If every activity is concentrated in the same area, even a large tent can start to feel crowded after several days of use.
Draco Plus has no center support pole, so the middle of the tent is not occupied by a traditional rigid pole. With fewer campers, more room can be left for relaxing and activities; with family or a larger group, beds, furniture, and gear can be arranged according to actual needs.

One of the clearest differences between Draco Plus and a typical large single-space tent is the Multi-Purpose Gazebo connected to the main tent.
The Gazebo adds a separate extension to the main tent that can be used for dining, relaxing, organizing gear, or other shared activities depending on the camping setup.
For group camping, this layout helps keep everything from piling up in the sleeping area.

15 Windows and Skylights Bring in Light While Giving You Control Over Privacy
When Stacy first set up the Draco Plus outdoors, what stood out to her wasn’t how large the tent was, but the light and the view inside.
That experience is directly related to the Draco Plus window layout.
The tent features 15 main windows and skylights, including four roof skylights and additional windows along the sides, doors, rear, and Gazebo area. Natural light can enter from above and from multiple directions, so the entrance is not the only place to look out at the surroundings while inside the tent.
For a space as large as 252 sq ft, natural light is especially important. As the interior gets larger, too few windows can easily make it feel enclosed. Windows on multiple sides allow campers to continue seeing the surrounding trees, sky, and campsite from inside the tent.
But an open view does not have to come at the expense of privacy.
The Draco Plus windows use an adjustable multi-layer design, allowing the level of openness to change between daytime, nighttime, and different weather conditions. During the day, clear panels and mesh windows can keep the interior bright and open. At night, or when more privacy is needed, the covering layers can reduce visibility from outside.

Multi-Directional Ventilation Helps Keep Air Moving in a Large Space
Beyond natural light, ventilation is equally important when several people spend extended periods of time in a large tent.
Draco Plus uses windows positioned in different directions to support air exchange and also includes hidden ventilation openings. When conditions allow, more mesh windows can be opened to increase airflow. When more coverage is needed, ventilation does not have to rely entirely on keeping the tent doors wide open.
Working together with the 15 windows, this design helps the large interior feel not only spacious enough for multiple campers but also as open and comfortable as possible.
This is especially important for family or group camping, when several people may be resting, organizing gear, or preparing for the next day at the same time. The larger the space, the more important it is for natural light, ventilation, and interior layout to work together.
16-Minute Inflation Setup Reduces the Complexity of Large Tent Poles
Draco Plus uses an integrated Air Beam inflatable support structure, so there is no need to install traditional rigid main poles one by one. The official setup time is about 16 minutes.
For a tent of this size, the value of the inflatable structure is not simply about being “as fast as possible,” but about reducing the complicated process of matching and connecting poles when setting up a large tent.
Once the tent is unfolded, inflated, and secured, more time can be spent arranging beds, tables, chairs, and gear instead of dealing with support poles of different lengths and positions.
The air beams also include a pressure-release design to help manage overinflation or pressure changes caused by changing temperatures.
However, the larger space also comes with a clear trade-off. Draco Plus is not designed for lightweight carrying and is better suited to car camping, family camping, group camping, and glamping, where vehicles can get close to the campsite.
Its focus is on the space available once you arrive at camp, rather than making the entire tent as lightweight as possible.

PU5000 mm and 43 Guy Lines Add Protection for Normal Camping Weather
A large family tent needs to handle more than just clear weather. It should also be prepared for normal rain and changes in wind during a camping trip.
Draco Plus uses 300D Stretch Oxford fabric with a PU coating and has a waterproof rating of 5000 mm. Its window structure, hidden ventilation openings, and protective design at key areas of the tent help it handle changing conditions during normal camping weather.
The tent also comes with 43 guy lines. When properly set up and fully secured, Draco Plus is rated to withstand winds of up to about 50 mph.
These specifications do not mean that Draco Plus is designed as a shelter for extreme weather.
In strong winds, thunderstorms, or other severe conditions, camping plans should still be adjusted based on local weather forecasts, campground rules, and actual site conditions.
For family camping, the more practical value of this protection is the greater ability to handle normal changes in outdoor weather, rather than continuing to use the tent in extreme conditions.

The experience of a large tent is not fully revealed the moment it is set up.
Many design details only start to matter after the tent has been used for a day or two.
Draco Plus includes an AC power cord port, making it easier to route a power cable into the tent when electricity is available at the campsite. An adjustable stove jack opening also allows for more flexibility across different seasons and camping setups.
Combined with the spacious interior, Gazebo, multi-directional ventilation, and adjustable windows, these features serve a more practical purpose: helping the tent meet the changing needs of families staying at a campsite for several days, rather than simply looking good when first set up.
Gear needs to be organized, the space may need to be rearranged, and daytime and nighttime bring different needs for light and privacy.
A tent designed for longer stays needs to leave room for those changes.
Draco Plus Is More Than Just a Bigger Tent
A large tent certainly needs enough space, but size alone does not determine how comfortable a camping trip will be.
What matters more about Draco Plus is how it brings space, natural light, privacy, ventilation, and different activity areas into one design. Families can rearrange the interior based on the number of campers and adjust the windows and space throughout the day as light, weather, and activities change.
